“Just Be” (2022)

Together with “You”, this large artwork “Just Be” forms the series ‘Unexpected Encounter’. The two full size painting are best seen as one life size artwork of 200cm x 400cm. This particular painting is an early work, where a main male figure is presented in the middle, surrounded by detailed and colourful shapes. The style of drawing is very simplistic, which works well due to the size. Real fun to make these paintings.
