“Number 71” / “Autumn is coming” (2023)

Apart from the size, which is somewhat bigger than most paintings, this is a regular dripping work, resonating to autumn as autumn colours are dominant on the canvas.
When I first posted a picture of this work on Instagram, I named it “Autumn is coming”, not knowing that on the back of the painting, where I usually write the name and year of the work, I had already named it “Number 71”. Hence the two names. There is only one…
